Bea was first able to make a name for herself in stand-up comedy in 2011 after playing small roles she appeared in Irish and British TV dramas beginning in 2009. Bea (and her sister Sinead) were brought up in the same home as Helen Moloney who was a teacher and jockey trainer who was also a professional jockey. They were both passionate about horses, race meetings and the racing industry. Bea began her career as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud. However Bea realized at an early age that racing wasn't the right fit for her.
